Hi, thank you for your tutorial! Can you please explain why at 3:07, you didn't press the third finger? Sorry if my question is a little dumb, I really know little about the music theory, I am just trying to learn this piece by only following your tutorial...

I'm 27, self taught woth violin for 2 years, and have never shown my interest in any classical music (long story....). I've decided to learn this one for my Mom; she loves all classical but has always liked the 4 Seasons. Can't do all 4 any any means, but I feel like I can amange to learn this one. So far I can get through it on the 60 tempo after working on it since January 1st 2024. Thank you for your wonderful content; this video has made this piece doable for me 😂

Expression wise there was no explaining. Also there should be a review of difficult intonations that were made wrong, how to approach them and how to study each of the difficult measures with similar exercises. Not much of explaining there, just showing fingerings and positioning...

Hi Lana! I hope these tips will help: 1) let's say you play at tempo 140 at the exam, play at home sometimes at a faster tempo (for example 148), and then go back to 140. It will be much easier to play :) 2) If possible, play in front of other people. 3) If possible, play in the hall where the exam will be. 4) Just know,that you play much better,than you think about it:) Everything will be ok! good luck! ❤️ Please let me know how it went! :)

@@mysst1cc 1 beat equals 4 sixteenths. Are you confused by the yellow rectangle on the sheet music? The yellow box has nothing to do with rhythm. It just shows which notes belong to which finger.

@@tviolin_com its most likely because I want to play it slower the fast but I've always wondered how when people play they know when to stop, it might just be timing

@@mysst1cc I got it! You can try to use 1 beat for 2 sixteenth (1 beat equals 1 eighth), which helps to understand the rhythm. By the way, I did it while I learning this peace :)

Careful with the pauses. Pauses are part of the music. Don't ignore them. You're rushing because of it. Practice with a metronome, if you can. You can even find apps for that.

Hi, thanks for the comment! I find this way of playing the easiest way to learn this piece. But of course you can try different ways to playing depending on your goals.
