Koyunbaba to najlepsza kompozycja na gitarę klasyczną jaką słyszałem. Zawsze wracam do tego utworu. Polecam również posłuchać w wykonaniu Julii Schuler. Pozdrawiam autora i wszystkich fanów tureckiej baby!

Koyunbaba means sheepfather in turkish. I guess the shepherd was having the worst day ever. anyway, this piece is full of agony and probably the best interpretation.

What you've just made with this song? It seemed that a war was about to start and there were drums and batallions getting in, and soldiers boldly marching toward the Warfield and stuff like this. Wow...I'm speechless! !!! Superb

Wonderful music , personally I have to say his breathing soiled it a little for me , but i do admire those characteristics also as the embodiment of the player and the piece.... :)

I never knew that william shatner is also playing violin in an orchestra... What..is Meisinger reading a newspaper while performing..? Wow..what an unusual concert. (no, i am not a blonde..lol) Anyways..best koyunbaba i've seen and heared to date. Must admit even better than the master himself, although domeniconi encouraged everybody to improvise meisinger should not drift too far from the original.. Would have been nice to hear the applause from the audiance too... also part of the performance I think.

Very different than Domeniconi's version.

I don't get that long introduction, I think it doesn't work. Also, I don't think you have to be too decorative in your interpretation with those trills and extra notes or with that huge rubato. Duty of care to the composer, don't try to change it you much because it loses its form. At least this is my opinion, I wouldn't play it like that.
@batalhabh20096 жыл бұрын
HenryDavidT you sounded intense dude. This guy, meisinger, is a player likewise I have never seen before.

This interpretation is direct translation of my soul through the guitar strings. Keep broadcasting MAESTRO MEISINGER. We all need sometimes our soul to look in the mirror and find out the deep beauty of being we are. Respect.
@joserobertocarmona32854 жыл бұрын
Music goes beyond all your meaningless interpretations. Breathing is bothering you because interfieres with your musical appreciation????? Dont make me laugh, first try to play it and then understand the human fact of playing music. Take out all those nonsense you learned from your music school off your ass and PLEASE be human when listening to anyone else playing. Domeniconis recommendation is that you need to improove his composition with your own ideas and ornaments. Because of comments like this is that I left college/guitar to you close minded people, Ill be happy playing how and when i want to do it.

Seems damn good to me I am not a believer in the literal written notes As the musical staff is purely incapable of harnessing the true life of the music itself And without the musicianship There is no experience We are not computer robots We are musicians Keep up the great work 👌
@kylewood3033 ай бұрын
I find the intro is beautiful and delicate. I think what makes Koyunbaba a masterpiece is that each player could interpret it in his own unique way, so it would be enjoyable to discover different plays.
