does the router need to be connected to an ethernet cable or will an extender router work? Also does it require good internet/bandwidth to work or just a baseline for communication between the devices?

Does anybody know what to do when only 1 rover & tracker turns white and blue and the other rover kees pulsing grey on the Mars interface? During the camera calibration phase, the tracker + rover on the calibration board shows up on the Mars, but the other one doesn’t (keeps pulsing grey)

Are there any guides on how to launch an ndisplay/switchboard configuration using Camtrack to control the camera? The tracking works in the editor but not in Switchboard. I can't find any documentation about this on your site

I always get the error 13, even though I followed all the steps in the troubleshoot-manual. I use 4 base-stations and they all are not further away than 200cm. Any idea what else could be the problem? Cheers

Hello, if I zoom in on the camera, will it also be done in the VR software?

No, that is why VIVE is realeasing their FizTrack Accesory to record the camera lens information and send it to Unreal Engine. This way if as you change your focus or zoom on the physical camera, the properties are reflected on your LED wall or composite with the Green screen.

Is it necessary to have cameras with time code for Vive Mars to work? In some tutorials they are connected, in others they are not.

As far as I have researched, Timecode is essential for post production but not for live compositing. If you are working with an LED wall, having a sync system is more important to genlock the frame rates of the LED volume, PC, Mars Tracking system, and Camera. Timecode allows you to add video, external audio, and tracking data for Unreal Engine so everything can be aligned in post but I guess you could use it just to be safe.
