In his speech to the Republican National Convention on Tuesday, entrepreneur and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy echoed some of the goals of Project 2025, the conservative blueprint for a second Trump term.
"We will seal the southern border on day one," Ramaswamy said. "It means the people we elect to run the government ought to be the ones that actually run the government, not unelected bureaucrats in the deep state."
One of the key aims of Project 2025 is to rid the government of civil servants and to install party loyalists.
