Gosh, your story when it came to the gym is very similar to mine. How it was my entire identity, body pics, pandemic (buying equipment, freaking out etc) is sooo identical to how I was prior to Christ as well! But Praise God, He is so good!!

Ask God what, He is praying for you and what He wants to reveal about the sate of your heart? Ask God to reveal the rot issue bout what is going on in your marriage. Have faith in your ability to pray for yourself (not saying you don't) but spend some time with God by yourself and wait in the silence. I REALLY REALLY recommend Saved not Soft and You can Rest Here podcast.

@@LinaLin7 that sometimes we think we are to weak to pray for ourselves or our situation but we should just hold on to God (of course still depending on community) but also i guess being more quiet and hearing God in the midst of our pain (not saying you don’t) idk ughh i don’t wanna sound weird but yeah ☺️
