@@franxx941 nope this is new staff members for wit that are talented and some who are able to make fight scenes almost sakuga like the famous animators we know. and spearheaded by its action director takuma ebisu is well known for most of wits fight scenes aside from arifumi and ebara. most of wits best aninators or planning is on the upcoming netflix show and ousama ranking 😁

@@Crazycoyote-we7ey I haven't finished Re:Zero, the characters including the protagonist are not mature enough like Vivy, and its a too plot driven storytelling, not character driven. Vivy manage to strike balance between plot and character's drive in its storytelling. Should I finished it? what do you think? I'm only halfway through.

As someone who only watches anime on a whim, This one immediately took my full interest on the first episode. I had to constantly debate on whether I should wait for every episode every week or binge it once finished. Had to give myself up to the weekly pleasure of enjoying one episode per week and I don't even regret it.

@@realanimeir3173 Can't argue with that, but you have to also look at it from another perspective. Nowadays, 99% of Manga is all about making stories that will sell best, so they look at what the audience like and write to their liking. While this is good to a point, it will also result in lack of creativity and uniqueness. Original Anime are always a work of passion; they fail must of the times, BUT when they succeed they become Era defining Shows. For examples just look at Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Code Geass. Are these not proof enough that Original Anime are needed to elevate revitalize the Medium of Anime whenever it become generic and repetitive? I believe it is.

This is legitimately the best all round art/animation show I think I've ever seen. The team behind the visuals knocked it out of the park. Everything feels like it has depth and intense detail, and yet the animation, especially during the action is insane. I can't even begin to tell you how much I enjoy large sweeping camera angles during intense fast paced action in shows. I can get past the stock black screen/flat background fights, but this show has none of those, and it really shows that wit studio really was on another level with this one. Hell I'd even put it above pretty much the entire madhouse lineup for sheer talent behind the art and animation teams. Bravo. As for the story, (which is great, don't get me wrong) it felt like it could use twice the amount of episodes. The pacing felt all wrong at times and really didn't suit the 100 year timeline. Not to mention the part in the beginning where it just blatantly skips over really important information just to show the plane crash and vivy fighting with matsumodo directly from a completely unrelated scene. Thankfully that's the only, and most egregious incongruence though.

@Regis Landere thats wit's style i've watched a couple of anime from them and the quality definitely changes when a fight scene comes or when something must be emphasized. There are few animation studios who are very consistent with their animation. Still props to wit making vivy beautiful (anime-wise)

You can see this pretty well with attack on titan with some of the scenes with the CGI colosoasal titan that looks horrible where its followd up with a 11 out of 10 levi scene.

I actually enjoyed noticing how the show makers seemed to "budget" things out. Doing fairly simple, basic animation in the set up episodes, to then go full out in the following episodes with lavish and gorgeous art sequences. Full respect to them for knowing when to go cheap, so they could splurge when it was deserved.

ah vivy, 7 months ago, finally broke the camels back after being stubborn of not trying to watch anime, ive binged so much shows since then. Even though you have probably been surpassed on my list. I will never forget getting my jaws dropped for 5 hours straight, and being a broken by the end of it. Truly one of the greats.

Nah, I think this is enough. The show closed with a perfect ending. Anything more has a dangerously high chance of ruining this show. Ever saw Frozen 2? I haven't but I hear it's absolute shit. Dunno if you saw shokugeki no souma/Food wars but apparently the 5th season ruined the show when the ending on the 4th season was a perfect closing. So, no sir, I think it's best to not have another season. Perhaps an OVA or a movie to show us the aftermath with a bit more detail but no way in hell should this get a season 2.

Some random dude on internet recommend this video pilot, and BAM, i took my time and check out this anime on Netflix. Oh dear , vivy stuck in my heart for week now. I think its been long time i found something that make my heart weak, grow ass man shed tears. Really unique anime. Such as short 13 ep, vivy become my waifu now, im not some weeb watch everything whole day, night v.v.v but vivy is special enough, one of kind .

ワンカットずつ考察ができて楽しい。本編だとステージ衣装（白）を着る頃には部屋がマンションっぽくなっていますが、パイロットムービーでは屋根裏部屋のまま。となると時期的には正史で博物館へ異動になる前のタイミングかも。あと唯一、ヴィヴィがお尻を振って歩く後姿が拝めるけど、衣装の重さが負担になるくらいボディーが消耗していた、かも？

I am watching this anime, it is awesome, a lot better than what Nier did with its story, at first I thought this is going to be another slow japanese sci fi anime but then Matsumoto the bear and Vivy they just started shinning, I love this studio, I hope you are not fused with Mappa at full, your works are awesome.

I'm so freaking glad some sort of sequel is coming out 😩. Fluorite Eye's Song was legit my first anime and for me to see it end the way it did I thought it was over😩
