whoever wrote that this is -75 degrees is very much mistaken, I myself come from Yakutia, this is the coldest republic on earth, I know what a temperature of -60 degrees looks like and I can immediately determine the temperature from the video, at a temperature of -50 degrees there is no precipitation at all. e. this is physically impossible, if there was no snow, his face would not be wrapped in snow, since the steam would immediately crystallize and would not have time to freeze on his hair and beard further at -60 degrees, no winds and general movements, the sky becomes a greenish tint, we Yakuts say when it goes It's snowing and the wind is blowing, it's hot for us -20 degrees! in the video there is at least -15 breasts and then I doubt it’s more like -10

@@omm6219 There are different well validated tools from breath control (kriya) to mantra meditaiton to trannscend 5 senses and ahamkara with intense focus (dharana). Some tools are lightning fast to achieve prathyahara (transcende 5 senses) like Sanskrit mantras and kriya. Some tools like Vipassana takes a little bit more time.

One can transcendent 5 senses (prathyahara) and ahamkara with focus (dharana) and meditation (dhyana). There are different tools for it. eg Breath control to mantra meditation

@@balbhatti1980 "Humbleness" you also missed the whole point. 🤣🤣Both "humbleness and proudness" involve ahamkara. In fact, all mental oppposites (eg love/hate, pride/shame, happy/sad, emptiness/meaningfulness etc) originate from false identification with thougths and body due to the sutble body ahamkara (which provides a false sense of "I"). Point is you neither have to lower yourself nor think high of yourself. Then only mind and body will be in perfect sync with the attributes (impassive experiencer and not the doer) of the true conscious and omnipresent self (athma)
