The manual states that the EB400 should not be used for cleaning long pile carpet - well, in the video the girl is just doing that.

SEEMS LIKE A WELL THOUGHT OUT MACHINE THOUGH A CANISTER WOULD BE MUCH EASIER TO USE ESPECIALLY WHEN SWITCHING ATTACHMENTS.

Vorwerk has also made a traditional canister vacuum called VT300 as well :) using the same attachments with the same powerful suction :D

Having had my verwork for the last45 years there are twomaindesaster areas I’m afraid the bag replacement on my EB370 is terrible and the carrying strap is very insecure neither of these have been improved on

Definitely! :) The vacuum has a 280W suction power on the floor. When tested against competitor devices, this one still manages to pickup dirt and dust after the other device has just vacuumed the same spot! :)

why do i have to sit thru the ENTIRE video just to find how to use the mop thingy?The instruction manual is like trying to read fucking Egyptian hieroglyphics.
