The best trainer was the last one, he was so energetic, good vibes and the "You dont know, I dont know" was fun as hell. I am sure that working with that kind of trainer that is able to instill that kind of motivation is just awesome.

Ive watched a lot of his vids and these trainers are the only ones that are at least ok. But screw their reactions! 99% of them are trash. Not all of them, but theyre un professional, un ethical and dangerous. They should NOT let him try the kind of weight he wants to throw around. Most dont even spot him and try to keep him from being crushed. If he was legitimitely inexperienced, he'd be hurt or worse and itd be their fault.

@@chrisdufor-pulliam4901no, if an inexperienced one tried so many plate, that struggle with empty bar, I would not even move. I would believe in the bottom of my heart it will not move a single millimeter. And when it is up, it would be to late for me to do anything for it.

As someone who has been involved in bodybuilding with occasional breaks for the last 30 years, what I like most about Anatoly is that him proving regardless of the name whether fitness or bodybuilding the concept of strength is not necessarily related to a body that is inflated like a balloon. On the contrary, any person can have an extremely fit body and also can be incredibly strong compared to the average person without being balloon like looking.

I'm watching your videos everyday Anatoly, for motivation. I'm going to be 67 next month and wish that I could be in 1/4 of the shape you are in.
