If you’re in jail fighting a case don’t EVER talk about your case with anyone in the jail unless you have a attorney visit and that’s the only person you should be talking to about your case. If people see that you will talk about your case that openly they are going to plot on you and they will get a hold of the DA/Feds and they will make a deal with them. Keep your mouth shut especially if it’s a murder/kingpin charges where you could be facing a life sentence. Don’t talk to the police or anyone in jail. It never ends well.

MDC Brooklyn... been there, done that... The only place worse than MDC Brooklyn (based on my ..."experience") is Wayne county (5th floor) - Detroit😜. EDIT = I did Fed Time... Feds will not put an informants name in paperwork, at least not a valued informant.. with a good lawyer, name removal is part of the deal... I was never an informant but when you move thru the fed system you learn how "they" play... feds protect valued informants especially if the informant's lawyer introduces a contract on behalf of the informant... I have touched down at Brooklyn MDC, FCI Milan, USP Lewisburg, etc etc... I had a nation wide FEDERAL warrant out of New York (Unknown to me).. I Knew New York STATE wanted me, so I avoided the NY State/Canada border... I didnt know Feds picked up the case... I got picked up in Detroit trying to cross back into America from Canada at the Detroit/Canada Border... that's how I ended up in Wayne County, Detroit. That was 15+ years ago, at the early stages of the States and Feds (and bordering countries) sharing/tag teaming warrants.... now it is a given fact that States tap the feds for assistance for warrants... This was BEFORE enhanced ID/Passport verification... all you had to do back in the day at a border was avoid entering / leaving the state that had the active warrant... the shit changed up while I was in Canada... I got popped/knocked/picked up trying to re-enter the United States... I found out the hard way at gunpoint as I had been tagged as armed and dangerous... hence gunpoint on sight.. so anyways, just because a name is not in paperwork does not mean that name is not responsible... feds don't even allow "paperwork" behind the walls anymore.

@@WillOnCodeYou did know the definition of the word "confidential" means "private" and or "secret" right? So in other words the feds can and will protect the names of some of their informants. In some cases that's part of the deal law enforcement makes with those who agree to cooperate.
