Thank you BG for dropping some deep knowledge and truth in this interview. These things stuck out to me. 1. Pride comes before the fall. 2. Ignorance is misguided from the jump. 3. Keep your mouth quiet and shut up. 4. God doesn’t like ugly. You can’t just do anything to people and think you are going to get away with it. In this life or the next, these things catch up to you. Also many artists have been killed by fans. Some examples I can think of off the top of my head are John Lennon, dime bag Darrell from Pantera, and Selena. Peace ☮️

I get what Melvin Farmer means. The gang related activity produced the results that broke black unity and essentially stopped the civil rights movement. Doesn’t matter if that isn’t the outlook or intent. It’s the end result. Listening to these videos and interviews with OGs it stuck out in my mind how this stuff started in the late 60s and early 70s. Right behind the movement which was from 54 to 68
