When you enter into an agreement with the government as long as you divulge any and everything that you have done with anybody else is done when you sit down with them, you cannot be charged for those as long as you’re honest about those crimes, it could cover anything from shoplifting to murder as long as you divulge all that information you cannot be charged for anything

What Tray is talking about is when you been in that life struggle and survived you see things from it that you don’t forget. And things like a big arm vs a small one as long as it’s not winter with coats on then you can def tell that easily in this type situation. Maybe not the colors in detail but the size. It was help out the car for s couple seconds. That’s a long time. And it’s a well lit area for nighttime. If he said it was a dark skinned arm vs a light skinned arm that’s the kinds of things you’d question like that. The size is a good indicator and can be seen fairly easy.
