ive learned having a big house beyond what you need is crazy.. not only for the space not needed, but having keep clean and such! having that much land is also gonna be a pain...(its nice have buffer zone and no close neighbor, but also puts u at risk if u need help quickly@!

How so??, Each bedroom should have its own bathrooms followed by 3 Restrooms separate for guests. If you have visitors no one should be going through the bedrooms to use the washroom.
