Reggie Wright Jr. spoke to VladTV about the situation surrounding Suge Knight paying 2Pac's bail money, which he revealed started after 2Pac reached out to Suge when he put $15,000 on Pac's books. From there, 2Pac spoke to Suge about his deal with Interscope, which he didn't like, and Reggie explained that Suge initially had no interest in signing 2Pac.
During the conversation, Reggie also spoke about the details surrounding the beef between Diddy and Suge Knight, which you can hear more about above.

Champagne Senpai I don’t think biggie wanted him dead. People around him did, like puffys manager jimmy henchman. There’s no denying that. And instead of riding with pac he releases a song called “ who shot ya”. Biggie could’ve visited him in jail to clear everything up but he didn’t. He played into the beef then acted like he didn’t know what the problem was
