Even though it feels different this year with all the Covid protocols, it's mighty nice to play in front of fans again. Aiden brings you all in for first few days in Michigan, including a stadium walk around, and then his travel meals. Hello! I just saw the momentum video you were in about upper body training and I would like to ask if bench press really matters for velocity like would it be better to work legs or arms for velocity? Also I have pretty weak shoulders cause I just started training upper body more, I know it will help if I have strong shoulders but should I really focus on them right now or should I focus more on my rotator cuff? Thank you for your time
