I’d love to see a video maybe behind the scenes of you creating games/songs to engage students in their learning and make it more fun! I feel like I’m always struggling to do that and would love to hear your thought process! Anyways love your videos and appreciate the time you take to film and edit them for us!!

That third grade work.... We teach several strategies to add, and you're right, we move super fast. For my kids that struggle, I've been telling them to stick to the strategy that works for them every single time. Because then they will do 9238402 other strategies that they don't really understand. I had a third grader that was SUPER good at standard algorithm. She got the routine, she could do it. No need for help. But the second an equation was horizontal she was stuck, and didn't know what to do until I pushed her to make it vertical. as

I would love to see a sit-down video about your strategies for dealing with parents. These could include, involving parents in your classroom community, dealing with difficult parents, parent communication, and your experience with parents in the past :) Another video idea is a video about behavior management. I know you did a whole class classroom management strategies video, but I'm talking more about individual behaviors.

The third grader was breaking the numbers apart, 8 was broken into 5 and 3, 9 was broken into 5 and 4.

Thank you for everything you do! You are so talented and an inspiration to so many people, including myself. I of course would love to see a classroom tour! I also would love an in depth video on student portfolios (and what you do with all their crafts), how you create your phonics slides with the pictures, and how you make all your shirts with your cricuit!

I went back and listened to his audio and he did originally say that but then he must have gotten lost because he was saying all sorts of things trying to go back and remember what he did and where he was trying to go

Thank you! I think I'm the next vlog I filmed some outside of school. When we get back from winter break I'm going to start making vlogs like I used to with life outside of teaching mixed in. It seems harder at the start of the school year because there's so much to share
