I just heard of this term, the Monday Scaries, which I had never heard of. That one starts on Sunday, and it's a kind of dread for Monday. Not sure if that's what you feel, but I feel that big time. It's a sign of burnout, so you're doing all the right things.

Hi Gi, I completely understand about feeling overwhelmed and the dread of Mondays. I try to do some self care things Sundays like a massage, mani or pedicure. Because on Sundays I start feeling fearful. The self care helps to stop that.

Girl!!!!!!! Me too! Just bought a beach umbrella from Amazon. Went to the beach last week and they stop giving out umbrellas at 4:00pm wtf. So hot that, and also, I see you. PMS is no joke, I was the exact same way and did what you did and checked and found out I was about to start my period as well. Known why you are crazy helps a lot plus on top of being a Pisces I was really messed up lol. Speaking of periods if you don't mid me asking, do you work out on your period? I want to but never do for obvious reasons. If you do can yo offer some advice if their is anything special you do to prep and does it Mae fee feel better afterwards please? Hard disagree about RHONY. I love that it’s lighthearted and they’ve taken time to actually introduce us to the women. I personally can’t stand heavy drama and constant conflict and arguing. That is not entertaining to me. The other women, and especially Ramona’s racist ass, wore out their welcome with the constant drunken, embarrassing antics.
