I know exactly what you're saying with just feeling yucky about yourself. I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant and I'm STRUGGLING to feel good about myself. My husband is wonderful and is so reassuring but I just can't help it. I'm so thankful to be pregnant, but mannnnnn... your body really goes through it.

I think with the new pregnancy laws that happened last year the school has to give you extra breaks like 15 so tell your principal you need a break at a certain time! Def need it towards the end. And when the kids are all on ipad time or soemthing just ask a teacher next to you to watch them for a few seconds and they dont know you are gone! Worked for me in fourth and still do it every once in a while.

I totally get it! I’m almost 12 weeks and nothing fits quite right. Little bit of a “belly” but not quite showing yet. When you’re early, you just don’t feel yourself! Ignore anyone who says you’re fat shaming. Trust me girl we get it! ❤

Just walk and do some light weights for your arms. You don't have to do a lot. Maybe see if there are any pregnancy exercises classes. in your area. They can show you what exercises to do and what not to do.
