omg the story of my life fainting in a train/ subway. Its the worst -.- I feel like its the anxiety of getting in a metal box, with random people, and the facts that I probably did not eat right before jumping in, and more anxiety, and heat, and everything, omg -.-

That anxiety that hits out of nowhere is the worse! Especially in a loud place, or if it’s hot and there are lots of bodies around. I’ve 100% had the feeling of passing out in a situation exactly as you explained! Just have to take deep breaths and focus the energy outside of the walls, something pleasant, cool and quiet. Easier said than done but it’s the reality for us that have anxiety! 💜

I always get so astounded by how many people that actually suffer from anxiety. I’ve panic anxiety and it’s so horrible and I always feel so alone in dealing with it. But, apparently we are many. You did good in getting out Soph❤ Distraction is good for getting your anxiety to calm down.

Thank you for being so real and genuine and speaking on anxiety Soph , it helps so much . I tend to worry about things way ahead of time and talk myself out of things or anxiety hits hard out of no place . I legit felt ur pain as you described the train :( hugs 🤗 also the fragrance looks and sounds so nice , wow on packaging too ! Ps I’m sure the models were all leaving saying I wanna be Soph Floyd just remember that ! X

That train scenario is honestly the story of my life 😂. I've found that taking a small water bottle everywhere I go and one of those liquid iv hydration packets to put into the water bottle really helps xx

Awe, I’m so sorry you’re having bad anxiety. My anxiety has been really bad lately too. It sucks!!! Feel like when gets bad I start having anxiety about having anxiety, such a spiral! Hope you’re feeling better and remember you’re not alone, happens to lots of people. ❤❤❤😘😘😘

You are a better person than me. I get anxious almost every time I have to leave my apartment. I start doing stupid stuff, like painting my nails 5 minutes before I have to leave. The only thing I force myself to actually never back out of is my doctors appointment - but I’m always late. Kudos to you for going to your event🙌🏾. I’m so sorry that you felt so bad on the train home. 💕

I usually search for a “breath in a square” video on here and it helps me to calm down so much! Also to feel like “what does by back feel light against the chair, my feet to my shoes” etc so help me feel more present and that I’m safe here and now

Therapy has helped SO MUCH in dealing with my anxiety 😊. I highly recommend it ✌🏾. Thank you for sharing your life & peace to you ❤

This queen! 😍😍😍 You are amazing! And you did so so well! I personally try to remind myself my anxiety is just another emotion that will pass. Reading helps me as does listening to music. I've also have a few different Pinterest boards with quotes that remind me to stay grounded sort of thing. You've totally got this! Love and light to you gorgeous girl 💛💛💛

As a fellow faint-er, try to keep an electrolyte packet and small water bottle with you (please excuse these bossy mum vibes, but i too have done the sitting on the floor thing several times). Also, you look 🔥 ❤

I'm so glad you were ok after your busy day Sophie. I don't know how anyone copes with being in London in the warm weather, I certainly can't. And as for being on a packed tube train, I need to lie down just thinking about it 😕! I loved your outfit, you can never go wrong with black and white. The new perfume sounds lovely, I may take a closer look at it 💕.

the physical symptoms of anxiety are the worst! i’ve been having it a lot lately where ive been going light headed and dizzy & it’s horrid 😭 but i always think id rather someone look at me weird for sitting on the floor than actually passing out

Very nice outfit, Sophie! The anxiety could be a vitamin deficiency, try taking vitamin B1 ( thiamine) 2 x 500 mg per day + Magnesium glycinate ( or magnesium malate ) 2 x 350mg per day. Take them for at least one month and see how it works for you. It will make you feel much more relaxed 🥰 God bless you, Sophie 😊

@@SophieFloyd thats awesome! High doses of both vitamin, especially the vitamin B1 ( = miracle worker!) will make a huge difference. Yes, the sudden heat can definitely make you feel anxious and dehydrated. Could be just that 👍🏼 ❤️💕❤️
