If you are looking for a natural option for seasonal allergies, that really works, you can give her a teaspoon of LOCAL honey every day. This truly works… My son would end up needing an inhaler every year due to his seasonal allergies until our pediatrician recommended the local honey. My son has never needed an inhaler in the autumn again, and that nagging cough never even shows up! As long as the child is over one year old, this is totally safe, and way better than having to give them a pill every day. It does have to be local honey though, so the bees are visiting the same plants that are causing the allergies in your daughter.

For kid’s allergies, make sure they take their allergy medicine consistently. You can also go to a local (it must be local!) bee farm and buy local unfiltered honey or bee pollen to take daily. It like micro-dosing pollen, so your body gets used to it and develops its own natural tolerance.

I’ve had such bad seasonal allergies for most of my life and something that really helped (aside from zyrtec) was getting honey from a local hive in our city because it has natural traces of the things that set off my allergies and helped me build a better tolerance

As an Egyptian that was there visiting 5 years ago. Please make sure you can fit a water bottle in your bag, and bring some toilet seat covers and some toilet paper with you since public restrooms are not readily available. Also keep a handheld fan with you since it can get hot but if you are going in Sept/Oct, it’s perfect weather. God job on the outfit, it’s perfect, definitely something comfortable and airy

I love Alani and Celsius and I toggle between the 2. A warning tho... Celsius and Alani both have 200 mg of caffeine which is up to 4 cups of coffee..coffee has around 60mg of caffeine. Definitely only have one a day 😳😂

Re: the birdies. There might be a slight clog in the gutter there or some stuff has collected in that corner -- and maybe a few delectable insects sitting in there -- the birds might be eating them. :). I have bird feeders all around my yard and on my terrace and LOVE bird watching. Just watching them is so relaxing.

Loved this vlog! I am an avid Alani Nu fan. I’ve had both energy drinks and I prefer Alani. Alani has more tart tasting drinks which I like. Watermelon Wave or Breezeberry are my fav flavors of Alani.

I really like the new glossier foundation, it’s definitely medium coverage but still looks very skin like. I took a shot on the kulfi lipstick in the shade ghazal glow and I’m in love! It’s so comfortable and such a beautiful colour.

Nail artist here. I find going shorter does help does help when you find your nails breaking. I trim my own shorter every two or three weeks. So glad you are enjoying your voice class! It is important to have a no-stress hobby that we can work on without any expectations. ❤

Costco carries the Heavenly Hunk-or at least the Columbia SC store does. The lemon blueberry is yummy too but chocolate chip is my ❤ And store them in the fridge once opened or it molds super fast!

We love the Highlights magazines! Did them for our LO when she turned one year old. She loves looking at them and gets excited to get them in the mail. We’re switching to the next age now that she’s 2. 😊

I am 54 and had a subscription to Highlights growing up. My kids loved it when they were growing up. They got so excited when it would arrive in the mailbox. They also enjoyed the Hidden Pictures magazine from Highlights. That will be a great gift for the littles in your family.

Omg!! I literally have my lasik procedure on Wednesday!! I am nervous but pretty excited. I only hear good things about it and I am a runner as well, so that's a big reason I'm doing it. As for Alani Nu, I find them either too sweet or too tart. The peach one is about the only one I can tolerate. Great vlog!

Wreath storage tip- we have a couple of chains we hung vertically from rafters against the basement wall and use S hooks to hang the wreaths on them. They are adjustable for different heights.

I love the give shadow set you got. It’s very user friendly, everyday, work appropriate colors. I don’t need to be careful, I literally slap on 3/4 of the colors in seconds and it always looks beautiful. Because it has a cool, 1 slightly warm and neutral balance.

For the allergies, when they start acting up limit the amount of dairy / sugar intake. It won’t stop them but it won’t be as intense.

Girl, you need a Brixley bag! It's got adjustable straps, so you cam do cross body, over the shoulder, as a back pack, and as a fanny pack. It literally is the perfect size, and has several pockets, card holders, a key holder. It's perfect! They also make packing cubes, and come in a ton of colors and styles. What should I do if I live in one city and work in another city in the surrounding vicinity like 25 minutes drive and get to work using the back roads since that is the only way I can get to work where there’s lots of orchards both where I live and work should I get local honey from both cities?

I also have fall allergies and for me they are almost worst than spring allergies. Best thing is to start whatever allergy meds work for her early like you’ve talked about doing with your spring allergies. So starting them around mid-late August should be good.

Love the vlog, as always 🥰 Dinner looked delicious 😋 The best parts of going to the dentist as a kid were the Highlights mag (glad they're still around!) & going to Dairy Queen afterwards (I know, ice cream isn't the best choice after getting your teeth cleaned 😆 but it was an awesome reward). Egypt travel tips- wear sturdy athlete shoes - no sandals- uneven rocky terrain everywhere no hand rails. Bring a scarf for your head in mosques. I bought that same dress different color! Perfect for Egypt. Yes no shoulders, chest or knees can be exposed without being hassled.

My little one has had the toddler version of Highlights, Hello, and now has the High Five Highlights one for little kids. It’s so good! Great for when they are learning to read, too.
