Heyy Aaliyah! Okay so I am like 8 mins into the video and here are some things I wanted to say: A, I really liked the swimming costume (though I'm not too fond of black/dark coloured costumes these days (just in my colourful/ printed clothes phase)) B, I think (disclaimer I'm not a doctor/ medical professional but I'm just giving my genuine input from my experiences and I don't know if they will work so, yeah) the coffee is making you more jittery imo so maybe take a stroll / dance/ umm do any physical activity when you feel anxious at night, plus have more water it might help. Another thing that might help is slowly decreasing the caffeine amount for a while. (you can ask your doc for some substitutes you would love) I read a comment about journaling/ talking that helps a great deal too cause though there might not be very identifiable triggers, there can be hidden / deep rooted ones or just little things that are adding up so you can write/ talk about them. C, I recently read A Man Called Ove (I won't spoil it I promise) : I really loved that book. You'll love it too, I think. Though it can get a little emotionally tough to read in some places ( I took some breaks when I realized ). But nevertheless, it's such an awesome book. D, Feel free to rant to us (when you want). Dogs can cause anxiety.. yup it's a real thing, something to do with empathy. I had to give mine up because of it. But, without them i got depressed... that's how i ended up with a cat.

I struggle with anxiety too. I do stream of consciousness journaling which is unloading everything going through your mind for 10-15 minutes on a diary. I do it on my diary app. I also do deep breathing to calm myself. I hug myself and keep on telling myself that I am safe, I got you, All is well. It eventually gets better. I hope this helps anyone who struggles with anxiety :)
