I love that you and Aliyah are hanging! My two favorite Atl girlies! If you don’t like needles, then filler is definitely not for you. They do numb you however, you can still feel it a little bit. The worst part is that the needle is in a moment and they jiggle it around. I hope that talks you out of it because your lips are fine!

A bra that is fitted correctly should be comfortable, so you may be wearing the incorrect size. I had the same issue with bras feeling like a torture device until I got sized correctly. Also keep in mind the style of bra will dictate your size - so your strapless bra will be a different size than your t-shirt bra. Highly recommend going for an in person fitting (Jenette Bras in Atlanta are great)!

This is why I love your channel because to show us how to feel better about ourself just being who you are. Whole bra and shape wear thing has always been a whole headache and so uncomfortable at times. I tried doing something different by wearing what feels good and HONEY, it has changed my entire life and I actually love the way I have options now. After seeing your last vlog, I brought the chicken sausage breakfast links last week. They're definitely a good substitute for the handmade chicken sausage that I get from the meat market. The catch is, the meat market is an hour+ away. Hence, the reason for a good substitution for when I run out cause I can't go that often. I dont eat pork so trying to find a good "plain" sausage not in a pork casing and not flavored with cheese, basil, apple, etc., is quite trying. So, thanks for sharing cause I've found a winner.
