He would eat what I prepare him, a 13 yr old couldn’t run my house. Autism/Asperger’s Syndrome children are very smart. They must be taught differently but are capable of learning just like other children.They will manipulate, throw tantrums just like other kids. They must be taught discipline, parents can’t be afraid to discipline them bc society won’t understand or care about their disability. He was so outgoing and smart when he was younger, him not attending school interacting with peers his age is a disservice to him. Him not learning how to communicate properly is so unacceptable. Leaving him in a running car is a no no. This is someone with a child with the same issue, it takes a lot of work and patience. However, it pays off when you see your child prospering talking, interacting with others confidently. Pointing isn’t communicating properly he’s smart and could learn more.

Have you ever experienced a hurricane? You're from Texas I'm pretty sure you have experienced a Hurricane, Tropical Storm etc. You act like this is something new. I'm from down South and this is something that we've learned to deal with...it's nothing new. It's a sad situation especially when people lose their lives but really Yummy we go through this every year.
