Same - mom of 9 months old and so true about expectations: I get so frustrated about my baby's sleep (spending my days in dark for her naps, holding her hands) and at night she still wakes up each hour and half. Everyone I talk to in my surrounding seems to have better sleep than me and I think that is why my expectation bar was set very high, causing the frustration every day

Great video. Thank you Annie. Would love to see a video on how made a decision to have help with baby while you work from home. I have a 5 month old and a working from home mom. Considering getting help at home to take care of baby for few hours while I work…. However, having a hard time trusting someone with my baby. 😊

We all should take care of ourselves!! I do cranio sacral therapy, wich works with fascia and release tension wich is on your body and is great!! I guess all that makes us happy and relaxed will help to be more healthy, more positive, and more happy in our lives!
