I am so used to either working out in the gym or at home that I forget that I can exercise other ways. Basketball is so much fun, I used to really enjoy playing it with my friends in high school during recess. I will buy a basketball ball and work out on my own as well from now on. Can't believe I didn't even think about that. 😅 Another great video!

@@Samurai_daily_life may I ask a question? Sometimes you say „declicious“ and you use another word I can’t understand. I always thought „oishii/おいしい“ means „delicious“. Is this what you say another alternative? Or another dialect?
