Hi, in Italy we add cooking water to the sauce because It contains starch. So, finishing cooking pasta in the pan helps creating a more creamy dressing. We usually add more oil in the pan and cook hot pepper whith the garlic, paing attention to nont burn ita, becaus it becomes bitter. We finish cooking pasta in the pan then add a bit of chopped parsley. In Italy we call in "Aglio olio e peperoncino" and is one of our national life-saving dishes😀

Just buy a small convenient Pour over drip coffee maker. It makes so delicious coffee ☕and takes not much space. After making coffee you can put it easily back into your cabinet.😊

Carbonara pasta recipe: Boil water in a saucepan with salt Meanwhile, take two to three egg yolks and put them in a bowl Add grated pecorino or parmesan to the bowl Mix to obtain a granular paste Add salt and pepper as desired When the water is muddy, add the pasta to the saucepan (regardless of the type of pasta). In another frying pan, put guanciale, or bacon. When the pasta is ready, put a spoon or two spoons of broth water in the bowl, gradually so as not to cook the eggs. Drain the pasta in a colander. Return the pasta to its original saucepan. Add the bacon or guanciale when it's ready, and the bowl containing the eggs and cheese. Mix well, and it’s ready. Надо обжарить мясной фарш с луком на сковороде, добавить немного воды и потушить под крышкой до готовности, потом добавить отварные макароны и немного воды от макарон. Как варианто можно добавлять кетчуп или сливки, только не вместе. Добавить молотый черный перец. Я много способов еще знаю. А вот картошку я не люблю вареную, больше пюре. И у нас не едят картофель с рисом. Картофель сам по себе.

hi, i'm from italy and i want to suggest you a pasta's recipe that's perfect for summer days. first of all you need to cook the pasta (if you use "fusilli" is better), then you cut little tomatoes (pomodorini) and mozzarella into medium-small dices. then you put all togheter in the plate ( you dont need to cook mozzarella and pomodorini) and add some olive oil and some basil. its a fresh dish that i eat often when its hot outside lol. i hope you enjoy this easy italian recipe and if you like it i'll suggest you more italian recipes in future videos👍

I was in Japan September 2023 and it was amazing! I live in the USA and have been to Europe many times but there is something different about Japan, the atmosphere etc. (Side note, I had one of those cream sodas you drank and it was delicious 😂). In a pan take some butter,fry some cumin seeds and then fry some boiled green peas. Then add boiled rice and fry for some minutes.you can salt,sugar and optionally add chillies. Thats jeera(cumin) rice,a popular indian dish.try it.

prova la carbonara - tuorlo di uovo 3 - guanciale - pecorino - pepe. Ovviamente, Prima cucini il guanciale. Nel mentre prendi l’uova ossia separi l’albume e lasci solo il tuorlo rosso - quantità 3 - ovviamente, prendi i tuorli e amalgami da crudi utilizzando la forchetta - per finire aggiungi il pecorino grattugiato - un pizzico di pepe - la quantità dipende dal tuo gusto. Dopodiché metti l’acqua a bollire per la pasta. Una volta cotta la pasta, la versi calda nella padella spenta del guanciale appena cucinato e di seguito versi i tuorli appena amalgamati - Ah dimenticavo, per il guanciale - devi rosolarlo in padella (io non uso olio) per la rosolatura dipende dai gusti - io preferiscono che siano un intermedio come cottura - ossia tendente al croccante ma non troppo. appena prende colore il guanciale elimina il grasso, ma ricordati di metterne da parte una piccola quantità, ti servirà dopo - che dovrai aggiungere nel uovo appena sbattuto - tutto questo dovrai farlo prima di versare il composto nella padella dove c’è il guanciale con la pasta. Spero di essere stato il preciso possibile - Questo è come faccio io la carbonara. Qui in italia ci sono molte filosofie di pensiero sia nel metodo che nella procedura. io semplicemente ti ho consigliato come faccio io la carbonara. Ps. fammi sapere se tenterai l’esperimento e le tue impressioni. Un abbraccio made italy! Ps. scelta di pasta - vanno bene spaghetti - o anche pasta corta - esempio mezze maniche, pennette..dipende dai gusti.
