I swear the staff at Zara gets trained to give bad service and it is sad because they know that people will still buy from there, regardless of the poor service they give to customers. It makes me so angry because their garments are so expensive. Buying online is not any better because your items get delivered 2 - 3 weeks later in an area that is in a city centre.💔

Hey khanyi, that’s the return policy of most retail stores if u don’t have a slip and the item is on sale u get it for the sale amount. Try and have a file for receipts for items bought at they store, so that incase the same issue happens again u hv the receipt. I did the same with a particular retailer until I decided to stop shopping with them coz I hated keep going back to return torn items.
