For Japanese eating ramen, udon is good to make the sound, Ungho-nim, it mean the food is delicious, Japanese chef at noodle restaurant will feel happy. In Korean culture I have learn that should be eat with silent, Chinese and Vietnamese learn to eat noodle in silent too.

Dear Ungho-nim, my dad was drink hot coffee with just a little bretel butter ( salt butter French brand) in cold weather, he said salt butter made coffee more tasty and more engergy, maybe you can give it a try . my dad also make hot coffee mix bretel butter and some wine if he have tons of free time 😹 and you remind me of my Korean male friend, eat spicy noodles on cold days.
