Heyy Frenn I did a self care week with my besties for my bday and I loved every bit of it being unplugged from the stresses of life. The massage life definitely will be incorporated every nOw and then throughout the year for me. Thank u for taking us along with u❤❤❤

Hey Kim, To get rid of your cold or sniffles you can use some Slippery Elm powder or capsules or you can get a small shot bottle of brandy a lemon and honey. Then you are going to warm two spoons of brandy lemon juice and 1 spoon of honey in the microwave and swallow it and it will DEFINITELY get that congestion and mucus out of ya. I have been using both of these since I was a teen and I am in my 40's and this works super FAST.

For Sport, it’s fun to bark…c’mon get ya life together Butterscotch. She’s not a barker so when she does it startles me but it’s usually nothing. I say to her is Pop-pop messing with you, she didn’t like my dad 😆- he passed away 1 1/2 years ago. ❤❤❤
