Instead of focusing on a sugar challenge, you should have a portion control challenge. Constantly overcooking and over-plating. It also tells me that food is not as good as you say because you don’t finish it. .

Skillet is over crowded, why rush when your cooking, you wfh daily. You like your clothes to fit tight, you need to go up a size,the bulging wouldn’t be present, the arm fat on the side wouldn’t be visible if u sized your clothes properly. Yes u lost weight but you’re not a small girl. That medium too short a small would be disrespectful. The straps digging in your skin too.

Why dont u just melt the butter in the pan dip let one side bread in the butter put more butter in the pan n so on. When done with how many sandwiches u making lower ur pan put the butter side down put

I was going to say the same thing cus back when everyone was talking about the inside of her mouth and tongue is when she started covering her mouth. Now that she got the gadgets to “clean” the inside which hasn’t properly worked she’s poking out that tongue 🤮🤢

Hey beautiful, if u wanna keep your bread fresh put it in the refrigerator it keeps it fresh, then take it out when you're ready to use it, I love tuna melt!!
