I'm on day 5 of doing the treadmill challenge for February - its difficult with my work schedule but I'm trying to keep it going and find a good routine for me. I definitely want to start reflecting in Oct like you did cause it made so much sense that you spent those 3 months getting things in place to be successful once the new year hits!
