Little note Italian sausage is made from Pork (pepperoni is pork). Most gummies and gel vitamins are also made with Pork. Jiffy cornbread, jello etc.. it's everywhere lol got to read ingredients.

Friendly Tip! 😊😊😊 I personally hate eggs, but I meal prep them for my husband. I basically make the Starbucks egg white bites in a cupcake tin pan. I fill them with different veggies (you can add meat/cheese too) and seasonings, bake them and then freeze them. They reheat beautifully in the microwave from frozen in about 2mins.
