I’ve noticed my change over the last 3 years I’m 39 now but each month I feel like I’m losing my mind. Having thoughts & feelings I could never imagine, then a week later I’m good. Girl, you are not crazy when it comes to PMS! I'm in my 40s now but I definitely noticed the difference from twenties to 30s when it came to my period period. They last longer, I've become more emotional and moody. Anytime I start snapping about something small I have to check my calendar and sure enough it lines up with me about to get my period. I hate it! 😮‍💨 I decided against anymore hormonal birth control years ago so I'm just dealing with it. But I think I'm almost to the finish line.

Girl, you are right about that PMS/period! After I turned 30, my cycle evolved into a whole emotional roller coaster, like I legit feel crazy/unstable for 1 full week. Smh. In my twenties I barely noticed my cycle.

Gi I felt that excitement when you put that necklace/necklace on and it made me remember how I felt in high school when I looked at those brands and couldn’t wait until I could buy it. I’m so excited now and my mind is like it really is on because that necklace /belt was everything. I feel exactly how you feel when you say that it is art. You are always on point!!! And I am glad that you are talking about PMS because I had no idea. I experience the exact same thing and didn’t start until I turned about 32 and I have been wondering is this normal because I hadn’t experienced this. When ever I feel it coming I call it the crazies lol I say oh no here it comes and hurry up and put on a podcast or go outside and open my arms like I’m hugging sunlight lol. I try to do whatever I can to start the reverse process so it doesn’t hit me that hard.
