Thank you for sharing your current health and fitness journey. I find it really hard to juggle both. For me, joining my yoga studio has been the best game changer for me for accountability. It also helps me be more social and meet new people which I love. But lately my nutrition has been in the trash but this video motivated me to maybe get some new cookbooks or try new recipes and get back into cooking my own meals at home. Thank you!!!

The difference in Oat Preferences is stunning - I hate them too watery and runny and feel EXACTLY the other way around about Vegan Protein and Whey. I feel like the vegan is smooth and whey always leaves gulpy chunks in there haha🤣😮‍💨. But loved the vlog!

ooh as much as I love the bob on you you have to consider girl. What if you want a little slick back moment ! That'd be a bit harder to do with a bob, not impossible but ??? This sounds like I'm discouraging the bob which I am NOT I just thought it's a thought you should think about! But if you had like a bob-bob then that's the hairstyle itself. Short hair is an accessory

As someone who was in a production of beauty and the beast, there’s a whole in the top of the cart that the actor puts their head through and the chip head is put on their head once through and usually they sit on their knees inside the cart and only the front of the cart is shown so you don’t see their legs haha 😂🩷🩷

Currently also having the health and fitness struggles. Little to no discipline- don’t hold myself accountable. Don’t have money to have a PT though 😆🫠 it was nice to be able to relate to someone regarding the issues I’ve been having as well. I used to love strength training, and I want to love it again- but can’t seem to get back into. I’m also self conscious at the gym. UGHHH lol. Thank you for sharing and for your honesty. 🫶🏼
