After 40 exercing is a must, stress levels are high, sinengxaki zabantu abadala. Walking or jogging helps me a lot in dealing with my stresses. I do prayer walks they really help.

Hi Nomsa okay, experiencing same issues here with my hairline bcz of my dreadlocks and I love them but had to cut them this year Feb, sadly so as I was installing back for the 3rd time, for me could be boring sometimes, thanks for the plug though nana, siyabulela😊🤍👌🏽
