For the little area off of the kitchen, you can make a little coffee bar/ reading nook and put a chair in the left corner! I love your new house though omg it is stunninggg. So happy for you!

For your little area off the kitchen, a breakfast nook is an option for morning coffees and a place for guests to sit and chat in the kitchen. Eitherway, this is a BEAUTIFUL space!!! So excited for you!

I feel like the “desk area” that’s the entrance to the master would be the perfect space for doing makeup because you have a window that has natural light coming in or you could use it as an entryway area for displaying photos and stuff!

Also! Put your round dining table right next to your kitchen! And use that other space as a chill seating area! It will make it easier when you have people over and you want them out of the kitchen! You still may have room for a cute credenza that can store stuff!

for the area off the kitchen definitely do a cozy little coffee nook but you can definitely also fit a hutch or some other piece of furniture for extra storage! or a coffee bar with your espresso machine and all the coffee accessories would be cute there as well.

The new house is stunning, the down stairs where you can hang out is so cozy. Movie night by yourself or with friends. Love the island with the butcher block on top an having the rest of your counters white. Oh, so many stairs I know my knees would be screaming at me, you differently would get a work out for sure. I think when you walk in that’s actually a seating area/ slash formal living room and the area near the kitchen is where the “dining” area is … u can put a round dining table there … the finished basement would be your tv entertainment room you can have a bar there ☺️ the rooms are pretty self explanatory

You could also cover the power box with a photo and then put your bar cart below it! That’s the perfect space for a bar cart and location (especially if you make that area the chill seating area spot instead of dining)

You could do a really big credenza with lots of storage off of the kitchen area. I think you could fill the space with a cool rug and maybe a cute little stool/ table to put like some flowers on, next to it

for the empty space in the kitchen, you could do a coffee station that has cabinets for your extra kitchen storage and a small table with a couple chairs as a breakfast nook!

Swap where you are planning to put your air fryer oven with where you have your espresso machine. My kitchen layout is just like yours and I put all my mugs, tea, coffee, etc above the espresso machine ( where you have your supps and tea) and it’s closer to the garbage to dump the used grounds. It just makes that whole left side of the sink the coffee area!

Cute cork idea!! I got a hurricane candle holder from pottery barn that has space to fill with whatever you want. I fill it with corks and put it in my bar cart

Do small bistro set for kitchen area and large hutch for storage. Or put small couch and seating where your dinning room is and put table in kitchen area. When you have people over it may be nice to cook and also have them have place to hang that isn’t kitchen table

My vote for the open random space in the kitchen is to get a long buffet style storage that you can have extra storage space from, but have the top for a coffee bar and then you could still fit a couple small chairs in that area for coffee!

Breakfast nook with a round table Or You could do two accent chairs and for storage you could add an ottoman to put your feet on top of and be able to store your kitchen gadgets, an art piece on the back wall and a side table in between the chairs you could even add a lamp and a round rug and it could give off a cozy reading coffee shop vibe On the wall facing the sliding door you could also add a big mirror on the wall and it could give the illusion of having a window on that wall and it will brighten up the area as well
