Hi Sammy! I’ve noticed that you use a lot of plastic. Things like plastic bags, straws, bottles, and the unnecessary wrapping of vegetable and fruits at supermarkets are so detrimental to our oceans and the only planet we have. You’re such a massive influencer and you have the power to create change. Simple changes such as investing in reusable shopping bags (which cost $2 and hold way more than plastic bags), metal or bamboo straws, and reusable bottles (I highly recommend Earth Bottles - stays warm for 12 hours and cold for 24!) can really make a difference. I love your content and you’re such a beautiful person, but it kills me to see you promoting such detrimental habits that can so easily be changed. Have a lovely day ✨🌏🌻💚

You can add tumeric as a spice to your food. It goes well in rice (makes it yellow) and stews or roasted veggies.

SAMMY please note this washing machine advice! The fabric softener dispenser in the middle is only for fabric softener as it dumps in before the rinse cycle, just pour the laundry soap in with the clothes. Also do NOT ever turn the dial counter-clockwise you will eventually break it. Only clockwise please its a fairly sophisticated mechanical thing :) byeeee
