Love your vlogs. I miss Gigi but respect your wish to keep her off camera. You’re doing the right thing. Also my daughter did the same when she transitioned to a big girl bed. She was afraid to get up on her own so she would call when she wanted to get up.

As an oily skin girl, I am always fascinated watching people love the dewy look. It's what I fight all day. Lol. Not that I want full on matte, but not grease ball. Just give me some skin finish.

The Matte & Poreless was my favorite for YEARS. The best part was it was like $5 something at target and I went through sooo many bottles of it. It was never matte on me, much more satin-like. I even got my mom on it and she still uses it to this day!

I use Maybelline matte and poreless on my t-zone almost every time I wear foundation. L’Oréal pro glow everywhere else is my go to. That combo never lets me down.

My oldest daughter did the same thing… she used to call to me and ask if she could get out of bed until she was 7! I cherish the memory of her calling to me each morning..especially since her younger brother was an expert escape artist at 18 months! 😂

So freaking jealous. Hopefully Gigi continues chilling and waiting for you. My darling three year old has repeatedly said he “loves getting up in the dark time”. 🤦‍♀️ 6 am that kid is up and out of his bed, tromping down the hall ready to loudly start his important day. I miss the crib. 🤪

On Maybelline’s website/Amazon they sell the foundation in a squeezy pouch, like Gigi’s yogurt. For me I feel like that would be easier especially for traveling.

Blues Clues was great when it started. My oldest loved it, and he’s 20 now!! It’s not what it used to be, but same with Sesame Street and all the old kids shows that are like 25 and older. I’m glad we watched them back then.

We finally got hello fresh and we had the spinach tomato gnocchi you had. Ummmmmm yes. I always kind of wondered could the food really be that good. I love it as do my 4 kiddos. My hubby gets purple carrot (vegan meal plan). The mental relief and waste of food is gone! Thank you for the awesome suggestion!

That foundation is my GO TO!!!! I’ve even gotten my momma wearing it. I’ve had a cousin complement it. It’s so good!! My mom and I are oily gals and she messed up once and bought the dewy kind (I think the writing is orange) and she said you definitely have to get the blue one!!!

I have a super distinct memory of when I realized I could get out of bed whenever I wanted. I think I was around 4 years old and I couldn’t sleep one night so I decided I was going to play with my toys. I only lasted about 5 minutes because I knew I wasn’t supposed to be doing it 😂 I laughed so hard seeing all those toys in Gigi’s bed 😂 sweet girl ❤️

I’ve found for the HG blushes I like a brush where I can buff it on. So stiff enough to pick up color, but moveable enough to move it around my face. The MAC 129 works well for me.

One of my absolute best parenting decisions was getting convertible cribs for both of my kiddos. They start at crib and can go to toddler bed to twin to full. I love it!! I’ve got one in toddler mode now and it’s been so nice.

Also for anyone who’s needing a similar blush brush to really pack on colour, but would still prefer the angled brush shape check out the sephora pro angled brush..it had the shape of angled brush but a similar density to the Laura mercier brush Jessica’s using here…you can get that same colour intensity but the shape also really hugs the cheek bones just right so that blush almost acts as a natural contour and really helps to define the cheek bones in a very subtle way

I agree with you on the color match. If my foundation matches perfectly, I automatically gravitate back to that foundation. I can manipulate the coverage and finish. I can add moisturizer to make it a tinted moisturizer. I can sheer it out with a sponge. I can use different primers.

You should look into either getting foundation mixers (they come in darkening, lightening and even some that give foundations more of an olive tone) or just mixing foundations - 2 different ones or having 2 shades of your favourite formula. The latter is what I do most of the time. I have 2 shades of the Missha BB cream in mini bottles and just mix them accordingly. That way when I get a tan I don't even need to buy anything new, I just switch proportions.

@@justynawisniewska1213 I have not found an olive toned mixer. What brand? I tried mixing blue into my foundation, but it never looks right. Then, I put more yellow and brown…. I am terrible at this process, but I keep trying. 😀

@@becm963 Nyx used to have one, I'm using one by a brand local to me so can't really recommend. My mistake I did not know NYX had discontinued the line in which they carried the olive one unfortunately :(

@@becm963 Yeah unfortunately, they have a new range now that comes in a dropper but it comes in white, dark, warm and cool. The warm one is definitely more of a yellow tone.

I completely agree about foundation color affecting how much you like it. I have one that feels like it have so much silicone in it. But, it matches my skin perfectly, so that is what I buy.

Girl I love that blush on you!!!!! When you were doing the dinner portion the blush is still in your face and looks flawless and love the makeup overall, looks very natural and you look very pretty 😍. I am gonna snag the foundation, love the natural look!!!

Fun toddler thing for winter. Bring snow inside in a bowl or on a cookie sheet. Use the play doh toys to make mini snowmen. My kids LOVED “mr. Potato head snowballs” ☺️

I love the Maybelline fit me dewy and they do sell a pump on Amazon for it for cheap. I had the fit me dewy and the fit me matte and the pumps on Amazon I got was a two-pack for $8. Easy
