🔥Today, I made the first salad of Iranian food🥪
I carefully layered slices of cucumber, tomato, and red onion on a piece of lavash bread. I added a generous dollop of creamy yogurt and a sprinkle of sumac for extra flavor. As I took my first bite, the crunch of the vegetables mixed with the tangy yogurt created a burst of freshness in my mouth. The combination of flavors was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. I savored each bite, enjoying the unique blend of textures and spices. This simple yet delicious sandwich opened my eyes to the world of Iranian cuisine, and I couldn't wait to explore more dishes from this rich and diverse culture.
