I felt another breakdown coming so I grabbed my Holistic Mothership girls to go spend the night away from the kids at the Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre.

I loved every minute of this vlog! This is exactly what I need to do with my girls. Time away from the kids is so important for our wellbeing because we tend to put them first (naturally so). The fact that you miss them means you really took a break 😄 Love this for you mommy! ❤
