Great tips! My husband found out last summer he has type II diabetes although he is very fit and not overweight. His main way of keeping his glucose down is walking and the impact it has had is incredible. We are currently on holiday in California and he goes out walking every morning before we get up and he has done 4k, he is buzzing by the time gets back for his shower, seeing the world wake up and getting fresh air, walking is definitely a mood elevator and natural anti depressant because it boosts the endorphins.

Loved watching this video gives me hope on my exercise journey. I recently started exercising again as after I had my second baby I ended up so many pounds heavier. I don’t feel my best as I was so used to being thin and fit like you. I used to weigh 116 and now I’m at 149 pounds. I don't want to be the party pooper comment but I believe that as a mother, YES !!!!! you can reach a certain point when you feel you have everything in order and your handling everything but then that perspektive of course will change because your children also change and theyre growth and developement, they need you(theyr mother) to grow with them and to meet their needs, so I believe motherhood is like the ocean always rodi g the waves, with all the ups and downs of life.
