I see that you love eating momos. I'm sure you must have tried eating momos in different corners of India. Did you enjoy the momos from Darjeeling? BTW when you stream the momos you should grease the steamer with oil before steaming the momos coz sometimes the momos get stuck after they're cooked. First boil the water then only put the steamer on top. You should not put the steamer on top of cold water. We call the authentic momo steamers "moktu" here in Darjeeling. You get those online in amazon too these days
