@@kirahominique I recently lost 40 pounds because I was the same way I had no problem working out but my eating was HORRIBLEEEE. I started getting meals from hello fresh, watched my sugar and calorie intake and started finding healthy alternatives for food that I like. You got this girl 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💓💓💓

The body wants what it wants 😂 crazy thing is my trainer taught me that the reason why I start craving sugar like crazy, especially during the day is because I’m not eating enough protein. Sure enough I increased my protein in take and my sugar cravings went down. Diet is definitely a lifestyle change cus there’s so much trial and error you have to go through to figure out what works best for you. I’ve been on my weight loss journey since feb and I’m still changing and trying out different things.
