Ohhhg yes, yes. This is RIGHT in my lane! Thanks for the inspo, because I recently bought a sweat band/waist trainer and I want to get back into walking. It's how I lost 30lbs 5 years ago. I'm not sure why I'm getting emotional. But it's so lovely to see you and hubby out in nature, doing things that others (not all), don't tend to value . I’m so happy you enjoyed sis 🫶🏾 being outside in nature definitely helps with the everyday stress of life and who wouldn’t want to burn some calories in the meantime 🤗
