I use to have horrible time of the month. Even though my kids drive me crazy at time I'm super thankful because after baby no.1-2-3 the pain gets better and better each time now have 3 there is pain level of about 5%

The best tea I’ve ever tried for cramps is mint tea. The best is if you boil actual mint leaves but peppermint tea bags work as well. My cramps are horrible since I was 10 and it’s the only thing that helps. The tea with extra strength ibuprofen chefs kiss. You should try.

Yessss for that raspberry leaf too. But have you ever tried a tea called "healthy cycle" tea? It's by the same brand of the raspberry leaf you're already taking. It has raspberry leaf in it and some other herbs that help with PMS symptoms. I'm only ever able to find it at Sprouts and on Amazon. But it works really well in my experience. And try drinking it a few days before your cycle comes.
