Measure from ceiling to floor.. Width measure from each side of window add 2 inches.. Then double that the width not the length!! Hope that helps and color wise id say a nice off white that has some texture would go good with your style. Btw i love your videos and have added greens to my routine bc of you!!

I love the oura ring for tracking my cycle with natural cycles and sleep. I think the steps are always way over estimated and mine got scratched wearing it at the gym. So tbh I just love it for sleep 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love it, honestly. Maybe get an off-white pillow to throw in the middle with a little design nothing dramatic just to have a focus point. Also, a huge knit blanket would look great!

Sydney, please please please tell me how you keep on your everyday schedule of going to the gym?! I was on a role for 6-7 months and recently I haven’t been able to go, so much lack of motivation. I would love to hear your tips on this. I will never completely stop working out but I need to be going 5-7 times a week instead of only 3-4.

My favorite way to eat my sweet potatoes is after they cook in the oven for 45 mins to an hour on 400. It makes the sweet potato really sweet and syrupy. They are even good cold like that as a dessert.

I love how long your videos are. You are literally the KZfaqr I have playing while I’m doing all the morning chores and making breakfast lol also! Little tip: if you end up getting your puppy, there are a lot of essential oils that can be toxic so make sure to ask the vet and they’ll give you a list and explain the conditions you can use them in!

I got my Oura ring last winter because my Apple Watch broke. I do like that it tracks my sleep and I don’t have to charge it often however, I miss having the watch/closing circle aspects of the watch and it doesn’t accurately track my workouts as well as the watch. Plus I got it in black and I’m regretting that I didn’t get silver. Just re-bought the Apple Watch last night 😅
