Hi Emma! It’s Michele! I just commented on your previous blog! For the magnesium, I take it also when I feel that my anxiety is increasing and/having difficulty with my sleep. Just a super great tip, place the warm water in first and then put the magnesium, let it fizz for a minute, then stir. See if this helps! Also, for the taste the raspberry lemon is better. Have a super great day and breathe! ❤️

Emma, I discovered your sleep problem. Don't drink any tea before bedtime. Tea has caffeine in it. Even if it says caffeine-free there is caffeine in it. Don't drink it for at least five hours before you want to go to sleep. Love you, Emma. :)

Charles Fetters depends on the variety of tea. Black, green and white teas or blends will have caffeine in them. However herbal tea is caffeine free and often has properties in it that can often act as a sleep aid. Just depends on what she is drinking. I personally drink herbal tea before bed all the time to help me sleep and have for years.

Where do you guys find headbands for when you wash your face or put a face mask on? It always annoys me when my hair gets wet or some product gets in it. Anyone can answer but please give me international tips because I’m from Belgium lol. Looking forward for vlogmas! xx
