Kip's bay / Murray hill are perfect areas post grad! And affordable-ishhh in walk ups. Safe areas, lots of bars and restaurants. Kip's bay is further downtown! Prob can get more space for the price than west village imo. But def visit first, walk around get the vibe tour a bunch of units, you need to apply and move in fast so there's no benefit of looking in advance really. Just moved to kip's bay 3 weeks ago after graduating college last year and love it!

Flatbush or green point Brooklyn, the Upper East Side is great, and the Lower East Side has some great neighborhoods, and some fun bars, most of them is where i’d go❤️

I was cringing when you did those balloons /all the kissy faces you did in this vlog with fresh injections 😖 You aren’t supposed to pucker post injections because it makes the filler not settle correctly!!!!!( I have dermal fillers)
