I think it's good that Avery is waking up before noon now because sleeping so much could be making her more tired. If you get over 10 hours of sleep every night that can actually make you more tired which is strange but a true thing!

oh 100% that’s your problem! try to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. try to get 7-8 hours of sleep
