This year my family & I decided to sponsor a couple of families & do Christmas for them instead of each other. It has been the most humbling and fulfilling thing of the holiday season. It's been a hard year as I'm sure most have experienced and there is nothing better than trying to squeeze past a family member while trying to get to the oven. i love all of this!!! 🫶🏼 and you asked if we like seeing workouts - yess i love!!! Even when its the same thing i love it!! Maybe something fun to incorporate since u do the same routine would be each time explaining good form on a certain exercise or why you chose to incorporate a certain exercise into your training bc your perspective as a personal trainer is so helpful!!! ❤️

I’m a nursing student and it’s my last holiday season as a student so I’m excited to take advantage of my last holiday season with extended time off. I’m a new subscriber and I’ve been loving watching your daily vlogs everyday, it puts me in the holiday spirit! One thing I always look forward to during the holidays is playing Christmas games with my family. My nana takes multiple months to prep in advance for her Christmas gathering, which she loves doing. And I love hanging out with my family at her house and doing all these games she plans out each year. I know this makes her happy because it’s one of the few times of the year the whole family gets together, so it makes me happy to see my nana happy!

i think during the holidays i’m most excited to spend time with my family and do traditions like cookie making. However this year we are focusing on spending time together and rented a cabin in the black hills of South Dakota instead of buying gifts. i don’t have instagram- but i thought i would add in. i am most excited because i have 3 little kiddos and just to see the magic in their eyes. there is nothing like pure joy in your children’s eyes. we put up the christmas lights & my two older daughters hugged and said “i feel it .. i feel the magic” they are 6,3, and my little boy just turned 10 months. i know they won’t be little for long .. so im just trying so take in all the sweet moments. we are decorating cookies & gingerbread houses this weekend ❤
